No - you should hear from PN, OR do not communicate with end-users in this situation.

I wonder as I am part way through upgrading whether nothing will happen until this has completed. If I log into my Plusnet account at the moment it basically says don't make any changes etc as your package is currently being changed.

@robsinglehurst Your package change should have no effect on the fault check - I assume you have had no response yet?

So, received my Hub Two yesterday - just got round to swapping it over - Iset the WiFi SSID and password the same as on my Hub One so everything reconnects 🙂 Here is the connection info page

@robsinglehurst Whatever the problem is that is holding your speed below the hand back threshold is has not been resolved- I would send another text to the bot - but it could be Tuesday before you any real response as it is the Bank Holiday.

@jab1 @robsinglehurst

It would be handy if you post the >Advanced Settings >Technical log >Information page of the Hub Two to compare with the Hub One Help Desk page you posted, don't forget to hide your username

Agreed, @Dan_the_Van - but I still think there is a bt/OR fault which has not been picked up?

Re: FTTP being installed now but need to keep landline - not worried about my IP address changing.

@robsinglehurst

thanks for the technical log. It seems the Hub Two has synced to a lower speed than the Hub One, in you renewal contract email what speeds were quoted?

You appear to have high download data usage 12.5Gb in 9 hours 13 mins, are you aware who the user might be, most likely a streaming product.

As @jab1 suggests I would report an issue after the weekend

Hi Dan,

Here is the contract I have had from PN - there is no mention of a data download limit so presumably unlimited?

Thanks,

@robsinglehurst It would be interesting to see the result of this: https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome  - but don't forget to obscure personal details.

Hi John,

See attached - am I miles off of what I should be getting?

Thanks,

Re: FTTP being installed now but need to keep landline - not worried about my IP address changing.

I would suggest your line appears to have been banded - you are obviously some distance from the Fibre box, but that report suggests you should be doing better - 24.999 for your download sync speed is very suspicious.
