Could someone from PlusNet please remove the restrictions from my account.
I paid my bill 2 days ago but am still being redirected to the payment failed page.
When I go to make a payment it says 'Your current balance is £0', 'You don't need to make a payment on your account'.
I have restarted my router and I have also tried turning my router off for half an hour.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I can still see that the restrictions are in place despite no other issues on the account.
I've sent a request to have the redirect removed from your account which will be actioned soon.
Once the redirect has been removed simply reboot your router and everything should be back to normal.
If the problem is still present just respond to this post and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
