Fibre Upgrade

I'm an authorised user on my mum's account and we want to upgrade to fibre. I understand that the fibre packages no longer have phone line included.

As far as I can see from her account, her package doesn't contain a phone line and I believe her line is supplied by Talk Talk. If we upgrade to Plusnet fibre will the installation allow her to keep her landline connection with Talk Talk?

I will need to move her to a VoIP provider at some point as she relies on the landline for care services.

Hi @jamoleo, if you upgrade to our new fibre packages without the phone line (Sogea) this will mean your phone line with Talktalk will cease, as Sogea removed the phone line.
