Final final bill.

Hey guys, so I left Plusnet on the 5th may (end of contract) and got my final bill for the period ending 6th June. I expect a refund for the bulk of it and as instructed by one of the community admins on here have left my DD active.

However, I have just received an email this morning stating my next bill is ready to view? Normally it would have the amount in the email (I don't actually owe anything) but this one does not nor can I log into my account as it has now closed. Should I be worried and contact Plusnet? Or is this normal?

AFAIK you should still be able to login to your account.

Re: Final final bill.

Just rechecked and you are right kind of, it won't let me login using email but let's me when I use my username. The amount has a - Infront so I assume this is being credited back to my bank. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

Re: Final final bill.

TBH I've never tried logging in with email.

Yup, you should get a credit back to your bank account. You'll probably then get one more monthly bill email with a £0 balance and that should be it!
