Full Fibre monthly charge far higher than advised in Contract Summary

My Full Fibre install was completed on Thursday (27/2/25), initial order date was 27/10/24, taking advantage of a promotional upgrade offering.  When I log in to my dashboard today I see: "Full Fibre 500 £58.02,  Monthly total £58.02".  However, the Contract Summary issued on 27/10/24 states, at 3, Price: "Broadband Package Full Fibre 500 £34.99 a month" and "Total Monthly Costs £34.99". So, I'm presuming that the £58.02, the regular price for FF500, has been assigned to my account in error?

Quite possibly. I would suggest you ring PN on Monday and get this corrected.
