Getting support

I gather the system of allowing one to raise a "ticked" to get support no longer exists.

Has the text chat system also been removed or can someone tell me how to access it?

The chat system has also long gone. The channels for support are via the phone (0800432 0200), these forums and social media (Twitter and Facebook).

what if someone doesn't use those [-Censored-]ty social media platforms? no way to get support?

@gs01 If you have access to these forums, they are usually the quickest and easiest ways to raise an issue.

raised, but haven't got anywhere with it.

even PM'ed someone who's apparently an employee - no response, no resolution.

Spent another useless half an hour and a bunch of ££ to call them - again, with zero outcome, except the same standard questions and lame apologies..

not if you're overseas, and especially not if the call is about your phone not working - couldn't call even if I could afford the roaming costs...

It really is pathetic for a telecom company not to have alternative means of connection in the 21st century beyond the phone line...
