Gift Card

Hi

 

My broadband has now been activated for over 11 days and so far I haven't received the reward card email?  I have checked my junk inbox also, but nothing, I know there is some issue but surely there should be a resolution.

Hey @jeppo321,

I am raised this issue to our Operations team to take a look into the reward card typically it takes up to 5 working days to get an update however once I have it, I will send you an email.
