I received a great renewal offer so clicked to renew and got the following message. I know you can pull the offers at anytime but I clicked through the second the Email came in. Pure click bait!

Ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and ask them to honour the offer or explain the reason for rejection. This number is normally answered quite quickly.

Same thing happened to me last month, the website behaves strangely at times. Called the CS team who did not seem at all surprised and gave me a good deal for the next two years. Maybe I was lucky as I was answered in less than a minute!
