Greedflation

I’ve had my annual greedflation email from PlusNet.  My monthly payment, which is already higher than for new customers, is being increased above the rate of inflation.

It is about time the government banned contracts where the provider can increase your monthly payments mid contract by an amount that you don’t know at the beginning of the contract.

PlusNet, and similar companies, are driving up inflation.

With this rise, and after the disgraceful way PlusNet handled BT Sports customers, I can’t wait to leave PlusNet.

@TheJayBee

Do you use your landline and is the number important to you?

If you move you'll only get offered an internet connection and maybe VOIP if the company offers it.

Re: Greedflation

This is going to cost, confuse and really upset old people (I'm not old; 75) and those with special needs , who will find this a huge change to manage, especially if they have no one to help out.

People, who have to take a just fibre (fttp) deal, really need to look around, as Plusnet's prices for such are much higher than from some fttp only companies.
