Also received a warning if I didn't pay my Internet would be shut off. How am I supposed to fix this?

@Nuttyzebra - You can't have your internet unless cough up the £0 I'm afraid! This sounds like a system issue we have so I'll be able to sort it for you. Sorry for the bother. Hmm actually the system checks out, is it still happening now? If so would you be able to reboot the router and try again. TA
