Had our broadband limited because we owe £0

Woke up to limited Internet as plusnet have limited the broadband, all because we "owe £0 and must pay by undefined days"
Also received a warning if I didn't pay my Internet would be shut off. How am I supposed to fix this?Huh

@Nuttyzebra - You can't have your internet unless cough up the £0 I'm afraid! This sounds like a system issue we have so I'll be able to sort it for you. Sorry for the bother. Hmm actually the system checks out, is it still happening now? If so would you be able to reboot the router and try again. TA

It does seem to have stopped limiting it. Was a bit worried have 2 teens home on school holidays, can't face the fall out
