Help please.

My last provider TalkTalk offered an international call option. I used this for 3 years.
I moved to Plusnet and was told this option covered all calls overseas. So I paid for this option too.
My bills arrived for 4 months and were very high.
I contacted Plusnet and was told this doesn’t cover mobile phones ( TalkTalk did)
I was told to switch to mobile numbers and this would give me international mobiles too.
I was given £30 as a goodwill gesture.
3 long drawn out calls later an infilled promises. This was credited to my account.
Now my new bill arrived. With £37 charged for international calls to a mobile.
Does nobody at Plusnet know what’s covered or not ?

Re: Help please.

It would seem youve not been given correctbinformation. The Anytime international call plan does not cover all calls, ratger it gives a call alowance to some countries and discounted rates to others. You can see the full details here  https://www.plus.net/help/legal/residential-phone-tariffs/#anytime-international

On the up side, it does include mobies.

I suggest you raise a complaint about being given incorrect information
