How can I contact you from outside the UK?

I am currently living outside the UK so I cannot call your phone number. I am having an issue with the billing for the broadband I provide for my tenants. How am I supposed to contact you?

I don't have a phone line out here, I'm travelling across multiple countries. I won't be back in the UK for 11 months.

You don't have any telecommunication facility at all? 😮

What would I need it for? I can connect to the hotel WiFi to get online. Every company I've ever been a customer of has an email contact except for plusnet.

Oh sure. Like they are just going to let customers make international phonecalls at no expense!
Contacting a company shouldn't cost them, or me, money. That's why they have 0800 numbers.

@Orbital one of the Plusnet help team should pick this thread up and raise a 'ticket' to which you can reply and explain the issue. It may take a day or two to get a response though as they're quite busy.
