How do I reply to a Question previously raised?

As so often happens, when I renewed my Plusnet Broadband, the billing was a total mess.

I mentioned my problems hereabouts and question 228434329  was raised.

That did not solve the problem but I can't see a way to post a response, even after I have logged in.

 

The issue is so complicated (I spent most of this afternoon writing up a summary and it's half a page of A4).

No way a chatbot or online agent is going to take that onboard.

So how do I send my findings to Plusnet?

In that case, it will have closed automatically (unless it is still with Plusnet on hold).

Hopefully a staff member will pick up the issue for you here...

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

In that case it will be closed. Tickets only remain open for 14 days from the last reply.

I tried replying to the last email I received on the subject from Plusnet Customer Support support@plus.net

Auto-reply saying, "Unfortunately we don't pick up any emails sent to this address."

Interesting.

Anyway, had to phone up and explain the lengthy circs verbally. Hopefully will be sorted.
