How long until I’m reconnected after paying unpaid bill

I had an unpaid bill which resulted in my internet being suspended. I have now paid and waiting to be reconnected. How long does this normally take?

Have you restarted your router?

Not entirely sure that will fix things, but changes to network configuration are (certainly were) used to restrict service functionality.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
