How long will it take to remove ristrictions

My WiFi has been ristricted for 24 hours due to failed payment. The payment was taken by direct debit this morning. How long will it take for it to come back on

Hi @dee2000,

It can generally take up to 24 hours for restrictions to be removed after clearing an outstanding balance. 

Looks like all seems to be good now but let me know if not or if there's anything else you need help with Smiley

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
