Hi All.
OK i cancelled my Plusnet sim only account a few months ago now BUT i still keep getting emails saying my latest statement is ready to view in my Plusnet mobile online account.
Even though the balance is £0.00 how do i stop these emails coming through?

Hi Karl,
If you've received a bill of £0 I suspect that'll be the last one you'll receive as it'll be our systems way of saying everything's up to date even though your account may be closed.
