Inconsistent billing

Hello

I moved home back in April and stayed with Plusnet, starting a new contract. Since then my monthly bill has varied nearly every month. In July it was 27.99 and then in August it jumped to 40.86 and this month it's 41.75. I'm not sure why there has been a jump mid-contract. When I log into Plusnet it seems to say something has gone wrong and a change is in process. However it has been stuck like that for some time now.
