Incorrect Bill after renewel

Hi, I recently agreed a new 12 month extension on my contract at £18.99 a month. My new bill now stating I owe £26.53. I have all emails with new contract agreement as now my online account doesn't mention the £18.99 anymore. Just seems very dodgy to me. Help please?
