Incorrect bill and have been waiting days for response from support on twitter

I have just started a new contract which I am considering cancelling. The first bill is completely wrong and it is not a good start.

Seems like there are quite a few users experiencing bill problems here.

Yes, the Plusnet accounts system is a shambles. Support monitors this forum when they can between their main phone duties, maybe Twitter is similar? In either case I suggest you phone them and start the complaints process. Remember you have only 14 days to cancel a new install so don't hang about. Have your password etc ready.

I have missed my 14 days... Trusted them since the price is in the contract.

Will call them tomorrow.
