Incorrect bill/s???

Hello, is it just me or is the Plusnet My Account absolute rubbish?
Ill be honest and say I've not been keeping an eye on my bills, assuming they've been charging me correctly. As I'm coming into the last month of my 18 month contract I've looked at the final bill which should be for £27.42 but is in fact for £36.67?? Im obviously now worried I've been overcharged throughout my contract. I've tried to view all bills but can only see the latest. Can somebody please help.

Ok I've managed to view previous bills and they are correct. The last bill for some reason has split charges for Line rental and Unlimited fibre and then the discount is for £5.08 instead of £14.33. Only a tenner but can anyone please remedy this discrepancy?
