Morning,
I believe my bill is Wrong, I joined plus net with uswitch. You are saying my bill is £26 odd when I didn’t opt for that package.
My packaged stated it was £22.99. I have set up my internet on Wednesday and had an email saying “
We'll soon be taking a payment of £3.55 for your service. This will leave your account on or after 25th April 2022” so I check my account and I am on an £26 odd package which I didn’t agree to I have an email confirming my package should £22.99.
Thanks

Sounds like you signed up in March before the 31st March price increase which is clearly indicated in the sign-up journey. £22.99 plus 9.3% is near enough £26.
Contracts are not fixed price, but they are fixed duration.
