Incorrect bill

Hi,

 

For the past 3 months I have received incorrect billing amounts- the first 2 months were overcharged, which was sorted out and I was refunded. I have just received my latest monthly bill which is £3.55, so clearly not correct either. 

 

I have a contract until August next year, for what should be £30.20 a month.
