Incorrect billing

I have been charged £28.50 for my broadband this month instead of the usual £24.69.  The discount that I'm normally given has been reduced from £3.94 to £0.13.  Can somebody please look into this?  Thank you.

Fix

The issue has now been resolved, and I should be receiving a refund in the next few days.  I had to ring Plusnet to renew my broadband contract,and the extremely helpful member of staff saw the error and sorted it out for me straight away.
