Incorrect price increase applied since April?

Hi,

I recontracted for 24 months in August 2022 and agreed the terms with RPI (Dec figure, announced in Jan) applied each April.

As specified here: https://www.plus.net/help/legal/2023-pricing-changes-faq/ the price should have increased by 14.4% in April but it has actually increased by more than this (only by a small amount but not by the correct amount).  The problem appears to originate from my bill being for 20p more than the original agreed price then having a 20p discount applied but when the price increase happened the higher amount was increased by 14.4% but the 20p discount was not (so the billed amount went up by 3p more then the contracted price + 14.4%).

Further to this I recieved an email stating that I had been overcharged and would have a credit applied, I got a credit applied on my last bill but the payment with the credit (10 pence!) actually INCREASED by 30p (so I was charged 40p more than previously if the 10p credit is ignored), the bill already being 3p over the amount I calculate as a 14.4% increase from the agreed amount of the 24 month contract.

It might seem a bit silly arguing about a few pennies but it will add up over the rest of the year then, likely be componded come the next priice increase, either way all bills should be correct and not wrong (even by a few pennies).

**CPI** not RPI.
