Incorrect referral amount

Hello there,

I've just downloaded at my list of referrals and noticed that one of them for unlimited broadband (activated: 16/10/06) has N/A as the referral amount…

I've no idea how long this has been the case - I last downloaded the referrals CSV on 06/11/20 and it was then showing:

Value: 0.75

Total referral credits: 101.75

Have you checked whether the referral has moved on to another ISP?

Hi,

Not to my knowledge, she would have asked me about changing providers and would only have changed phone and broadband provider together to save money…

I'm still receiving referral credits for the landline (Anytime International 300) and the Unlimited broadband still says Active…

I've checked with her - she's still with Plusnet for broadband and landline phone…

I'm really sorry for the issues with your referral. In all honesty, I'm unsure for the reason for this and would like to do what I can to help.
