Since 14th Jul 2023 to 14th Jul 2024
I had been billed on Full Fibre 300... I wasn't receiving anywhere near this speed. Until, 14th Jul 2024 bill date one of your reps I spoke to saw the fault and rectified my speed. As an apology they put a further discount on my contract. This was supposed to last until end of term.
Since then I've been charged at full price. Does this mean I will be re-imbursed for the entire year you mis-sold me my speed of 300Mbps for 100Mbps that I had been getting.
