I've been directed to the failed bill error page when logging in - but it's an error on your side that keeps happening!
We had this error last month too and you stopped our service, even though we paid, and have a direct debit set up
It then took you 2-3 days to remove the restrictions.
When I rang last month you said that this was an error on your side and would be resolved.
I just want to make you aware, as we work from home and don't want our service to shut off again

I’ve carried out some maintenance on your account to try to resolve this. Can you re-log and let me know if you’re still seeing a failed payment error?
