Leaving Plusnet for BT - billing query

I have recently moved house and have had to move my broadband from Plusnet to BT as I need continued landline access.
I moved out of my old house on the 25th March, although have been charged a full monthly payment by Plusnet for broadband services to be provided from 24th March to 23rd April.
Am I able to get a partial refund on that payment since I will only have used broadband on the first day of that month and no services are being provided to the property by Plusnet from 25th March to 23rd April.

I believe, though I stand to be corrected, that your next bill will show a credit which is refunded to the same account your direct debit uses.

Hey @nottidge1968, thanks for getting in touch. You'll receive a refund on your final bill which is produced and sent within 20 days of your cancellation completing. Once you've receive the final bill, the refund will be sent back to your direct debit details in 5 - 7 working days.
