Left Plusnet last May, Still Being Charged

My Mum, for whom I have POA and do all techie things, left Plusnet on May 19th 2021.

Having just checked her bank a/c I've noticed that Plusnet have still been charging her monthly since then.

This equates to £203.37 so far!

I can't raise a ticket on her account because when I log in it briefly flashes the dashboard on the screen and then just displays a blank page.

Can someone help please as she is 98 and doesn't need this kind of problem.

Thanks

Thanks for that and apologies for not putting it in the right place initially.

Re: Left Plusnet last May, Still Being Charged

Was the service ceased or was provision moved to a cable provider - such as Virgin Media or FTTP with BT/EE?

IIRC migrations to cable providers do not terminate the existing service provision, especially if the telephone number is not transferred.

Re: Left Plusnet last May, Still Being Charged

Service was moved to Now broadband on existing line so no cable involved.

Adam has now resolved this satisfactorily following my PM
