Monthly Charge Increase

Can someone advise please.
Have taken off the evening/weekend calls plan. The email I have now received shows the expected monthly payment as double the amount. Is this usual whilst transition takes place? And will it adjust to the correct monthly amount by next billing date.? Thank you

Re: Monthly Charge Increase

Fix

@Deb89 These response emails do not take into account any discounts you have negotiated/been given, but your next invoice will, or should, be charged taking those discounts into consideration.

Re: Monthly Charge Increase

I thought unfortunately that fixed price meant fixed price, not let's increase the bill by a tenner mid contract,so will see contract out because I'm legally bound to, but I will not be a returning customer I would rather pay more to a company that don't fiddle their customers.

Re: Monthly Charge Increase

@rexvaissiere  Almost all the ISP's wrote a CPI + 3.9% annual increase into their fixed contracts. When inflation was at low levels, no one really noticed (or cared about) the small increase. Now that inflation was at 10% this year the total 14% increase is very noticable.
