Monthly discount not applied to latest bill.

I am still in contract (one more month, I believe) and my latest bill does not have the usual discount applied to it as previous bills.

Could this be looked into please as I don't understand why this has happened.
I hope this can be remedied as a I looking to renew very soon.

Edit: I think this happened in the last month of my contract last time as well.

Yes, you pay one month in advance so if your contract ends this month then it's full rate for next, unless you renew. You should have received a renewal offer, if not you should give them a call and see what they can do for you. It's wise to shop around a few other ISPs and keep their quotes in reserve should you think Plusnet isn't offering the best deal.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
