I just received an email with renewal options as my contract ends on the 13th April. The price quoted is 24.49 for 18 month contract, but does this take into account any price rises on 31st March of THIS year? Or £24.49 until next March?
From what I have read, that price includes this years increase, so valid to March 2026, but, if you are a longtime customer, it may be an idea to call COT and ask them if you can get a better deal. (0800 013 2632)
