Moved to bt full fibre

Hi I moved to bt full fibre 900 on Friday 25th March, was previously on Plusnet fttc and had about 6 weeks left on my contract.

How do I check if the cease/transfer has been sent from bt to Plusnet. I did inform bt of my existing service and they said they would contact Plusnet.

If Plusnet had been informed , they would have sent a 'sorry you are leaving' message

Did you ask to transfer your phone to BT digital voice?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

No the phone line is ceasing. I’ll ring Plusnet to get confirmation, as it’s effectively a new provision of service I guess rather than a migration.
