The 7th February was a Wednesday, and the 12th was a Sunday - so you only gave two full working days notice. I think that the minimum required notice is 14 days, maybe 21?
Was there a working, (Openreach based), phone and internet service for the previous occupier before you moved in?
If you have requested a FTTC service, have you checked on BT Broadband Availability Checker that your cabinet has spare ports:
https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome
What you are looking for is "WBC SOGEA Availability Date" being "Available". If it is Unavailable, then there may be no spare capacity to provide you with service - which might explain why you haven't heard anything.

Thanks for the reply, I did think this was likely a timing issue, I was only given a week and a few days to move myself and couldn't even view the property before accepting it.
There was working fttp broadband here before. no idea on phoneline, I ordered full fibre only as I no longer have a landline phone.
WBC SOGEA Availability Date is currently "Waiting list"
Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential OH Feed with no anticipated issues.
ONT exists with active service. No spare ports are available. A new ONT may be ordered.
Many Thanks
Mike

Ah, OK - that changes things.
What you have found is that FTTC is currently not available to you - probably due to no capacity in the cabinet.
However, you have ordered FTTP, and the record seems to show that there should be no problems with you getting it.
It might be worthwhile calling Plusnet, just to check that they know you have ordered FTTP, and not FTTC - and if they are aware of that, then exactly what the issue is?

Not quite!
ONT exists with active service.
Which means the existing service hasn't been ceased yet. A new order cannot be placed until the cease completes. That's probably what's caused the delay

@Mikeellis1244 I'm going to pop you a private message to get your username and I can take a look at your account and I'll be able to see what's happening and what the delay is.
