Hi,
I am moving home in a few weeks - would like to keep contract however at new property I can get faster speeds, currently 40mbps and new address can have full fibre.
Is this possible? And I work from home so would need to be able to use internet as soon as we move in, how long would this usually take?
Thanks

@kyleanders0n When doing a house move with us, Ultimately we have to agree a new contract with you (ofcourse, we would waive any termination fees from your previous contract as you're choosing to stay with plusnet). The reason for this is the line at the new address will have different speed guarantee's compared to your old address. For example, it sounds like you're currently on a FTTC/SOGEA part fibre service, and at the new property FTTP (full fibre) is available for order. The speeds available on full fibre can be significantly higher (depending on the package you choose) which would incur a bigger monthly subscription fee.
If you are moving home in a few weeks, I would give us a quick call soon as the longer you leave it... the less likely we will be able to guarantee activation of your new service for the precise day of your move. All orders go through Openreach as they are the line owners so its all down to their availability in the area.
Hope this info helps.
All the best
