All things being equal we shall be moving house in the next month, as a Plusnet customer I'm curious to know what my options are. If I keep Plusnet as my provider am I required to set up a new contract? In short, I don't want to be paying any more than I currently do, nor do I want my contract extended.

As I understand it there’s a charge of circa £60 if you want to keep your existing contract but free if you take out a new one.

Hi @reefer110, thanks for getting in touch about moving your service with us.
If you want to keep your existing contract in place, there is a house move fee involved (and sometimes an installation fee if a new line is needed at the property), though if you recontract with us the team will usually look to waive these charges but you will lose the current deal you are on.

If you call the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 when you are ready (I would advise to give us around 3 weeks notice at least if possible), they will be able to discuss the options further with you.

I included the link as it contains a link to allegedly the house moves team. Interestingly this is a different number to the COT which is quoted in your link!
