Moving my mobile away to another provider

I'd like to move to another mobile provider and have got my code from PLusnet to transfer to the new provider.  I'm trying to work out the best day to move to maximise my existing 30 day contract and not to "waste" my month's allowance.

 

My normal bills say something like:

Jul 25, 2022 - Aug 24, 2022

 

My DD gets taken out on the 6th of each month. 

 

Does this mean that if I use the PAC and schedule my number to change before 24th Sep then I won't get billed for a further month?

We'd charge you a month in advance but if you move partway during your billing period then we'll provide a credit in your final bill to cover the time you've paid us for a service which you haven't had. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
