My £50 cashback

I was wondering how long it takes to get the Email for my £50 cashback its been a month now.

I have checked my email spam

But can find nothing it maybe just be me being impatient, but I thought I would just check.

Thanks for your post @DaveA89 and welcome to our Community Forums.

I can see we emailed you on the 2nd November with instructions on how to claim your cashback offer and you've claimed it the same day so you should receive the reward card by post by the 2nd December. 

If you don't get it by then I'd recommend calling or emailing Pure Card directly using the contact details Here.
