Please can someone from the amazing team look at what exclusive renewal you can offer me as soon as possible?

That should be available in your Plusnet "Member Centre" under the "Offers and Upgrades" tab

The offer isn't great there and I know staff member's can access others as they have done so before

Staff don't do renewal offers via this forum, you will have to phone 0330 1239 123  to haggle a better price.

@Anonymous  Don't know what that number is (apart from not being an 0800 one). @Hamiltoncolin0  Plusnet Customer options who deal with renewal offers are on 0800 013 2632
