My bill has doubled in a few months

I renewed for 24 months, thinking I'd still get a similar price for the contract. It seems my bill has doubled in a few months. With the cost of living, I cannot afford this, is there some way of getting it back under £30 a month, or I'll have to quit using the internet.

@bigcheeseuk It looks like you have come to the end of your contract, so  are paying out-of-contract prices. I would give the Customer Options Team a call on 0800 013 2632 and see what you can negotiate.

They phoned me up to renew for a 24 month contract, so I'm not sure what is going on, when I look at my account, I cannot change or upgrade my account, it just says :

"An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress."
 
Also, is there a contact email or chat function? As I'm hard of hearing.
