My bill seems excessive

Hi there, I have just had notification that my bill is ready so I went to take a look and it is £78.99.  When I signed up for Full Fibre 500 it was an upgrade from my previous Unlimited Fibre setup with yourselves, and on the confirmation of my package change email I received it said:

 

"Your new total subscription cost will be £34.99 per month for the next 24 months.

Following this your monthly subscription will be £58.02."

 

Looking at the breakdown of the bill it appears that I am being charged £58.02 per month rather than the £34.99 that it should be.  There is also an additional £26.20 charge also labelled Full Fibre 500 and I don't know what that is for.  Please could someone take a look at this as it doesn't seem correct to me.  The email detailing the confirmation of my package change was sent 05/06/2024 and I have had no further emails to say that I would be charged £58.02, or this mysterious £26.20 charge either.

 

The invoice number is 00001646140-074, not sure if you need my account number though.
