My broandband plan and phone plan change

Dear Sir / Madam,

My phone plan account has "Credit remaining £55.00". I do not want to use the land line anymore because I have not used it from Day 1. Could I cancel it? and can the remaining £55.00 change as my broadband charge? Thanks for help.

Best regards,

Kenneth

@chanhk That £55.00 credit is not a true one, merely the cost of calls you can run up until the telephone side of your facilities becomes restricted. As you don't use the land line for calls, that will remain as it is.

@chanhk No you can't cancel your landline, your Broadband connection needs it to be able to work. Also the £55 is not an actual amount of money, it is the maximum call costs that Plusnet will let you use (per month possibly).

So, unfortunately, not what you were wanting to hear.🙄

Fix

Or put more simply, it's not your money. Therefore, you can't have it credited against your future bills or have it back either now or when you leave Plusnet.
