My discounts are missing in my last month of contract

My 24 month contract ends on 18th August and my latest bill today is only showing discounts of just 38p instead of £11.76 and 0.77p instead of £23.76 which has meant my bill has doubled to £60.50.

So it isn't just that my discounts have been missed, they have been calculated incorrectly.

Can someone please look into this as it can't be correct as just had an email from PN stating my contract will end on 18th August and giving me a renewal offer, so my monthly bill should remain the same until contract end.

@Gandalf can you help with this as you have many times in the past, just need someone to take a look and raise a ticket please.

I need to get this resolved before I can look at renewing my contract.

I think I can see where the problem with my latest bill is, you sent me a renewal offer which I only looked at but didn’t accept but you still issued an email “ Plusnet contract summary and pre-contract information ahead of you confirming your order”

When I now look at my offers it shows my current product as if I had accepted it which I haven’t, but the price is nothing like the offer price sent to me in the first offer email.

Can someone at Plusnet please raise a ticket to correct my current product and amend my bill to what it should be so I can then consider renewing my contract starting next month.

Update

Decided to ring support this morning at 8am to avoid being in a queue and got through immediately.

I was correct in my thoughts on why I had been overcharged and a credit has been arranged.

Also managed to negotiate a renewal contract for another 24 months albeit with the unfair CPI annual increase which is why it is important to get the best deal available at the start of the contract.
