Name Change

Hello

Is there an customer representative available to help me change the name on my account (due to recent marriage)? My signal is AWFUL where I live so its not an ideal option to make a call.

Hoping someone can help.

Kind regards,

Emma

@emmablue30

A staff member should pick up this sooner or later but you never know for sure until they do. They are thin on the ground at the best of times.

I assume you're speaking about your mobile signal when you say it's awful. Is you internet connection good enough to support WiFi callling if your mobile provider supports it?

Re: Name Change

Thanks bmc.

I use WiFi calling but it still breaks up sometimes. It's hit and miss.

I will await a customer service representative response.

@Tina11192 - is it possible to do this via a PM or a ticket on the account?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
