Hello, I am currently a fibre extra customer and my contract ended about a week ago.
A few weeks back I signed up to a new full fibre package which is due for installation on 28/2.
I'm not entirely sure of the new contract start date as that is not clear in the emails received so I am lef to assume that it begins when the new fibre line is installed.
However as I have just signed up this new contract at a price of 32.50 p/m will this be subject the annual price rise at the end of March even though it is a new contract just starting or will it be the same for this year until the 2024 presumed rise

Hey there @russm44 the contract starts on the same day you sign it so it will have already started. Unfortunately any contracts that are signed up before 31st March will be increased with the CPI.
