New contract not taken effect - product change in progress

I took advantage of a special offer when renewing my contract. Confirmation email received on 18th Jan.
"From 19/01/2023, your monthly subscription will be ..." and "Your new contract:This will take effect from 19/01/2023"
But when I go into my account it still says "product change in progress" and the old contract information is showing. It's been saying "in progress" since 18th Jan. This seems to be a recurring problem - updates get "stuck" somehow and have to be manually forced through?

Sorry about this. I've manually put the contract through for you. Would you like me to either refund the overcharge to your bank account once we've taken the payment, or apply it as a credit towards your next bill?
