New contract offer

Had New contract offer in my account.
Clicked. But it said I have to call 0800....
Called. Been told I don't have any.
Can anyone fix the offer link? So I can accept the offer online

Re: New contract offer

Invariably better deals can be "negotiated" by calling COTS (rather than general support).

Contact Customer Options Team (aka COTS)

COTs is the place to go to if you want to find out anything to do with your contract in respect of leaving, renewing or simply enquiring about early termination charges (ETCs). They have their own number and tend to answer quicker than the general customer service number.

Direct dial numbers

  • 0800 013 2632 (from within the UK)
  • +44 330 123 9197 (from abroad)
  • Available...
    • 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
    • 9am - 7pm Saturday
    • 9am - 6pm Sunday

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: New contract offer

Hiya @wf1205

I'm so sorry this is happening, what hassle and I can imine the frustrations this is causing you. It is due to the services available at your exchange and we would need to manual over ride it to place a deal through.

This can only be done by our Customer Options team. I can arrange a call for you and make sure they know what is happening to make it as smooth as possible.

Are you happy for me to get this arranged?
