No £75 cashback received - money saving expert

Hi,
I signed up via money saving expert on a deal that advertised £75 cashback. The broadband and phone line went live on 16th august but I still haven’t received this. Can anyone help? Thanks

Exactly the same for me. I signed up on 29.7.21 through money saving expert and have heard nothing about the £75 cashback.

I have phoned customer services this morning and Zahra has raised the issue and said I should get a response by e mail within 5 days.

I'm sorry to see you've not heard about cashback yet after signing up with us.

I've looked into this for you and from what I can see on MoneySavingExpert's site Here, the cashback offered was if you placed an order with us for a fibre package but you've signed up on standard broadband.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Please see the details of the Cashback MasterCard offer in the images I have uploaded from moneysavingexpert website.

 

Please try and resolve this issues as I am already wasting time on this and thinking about terminating my contract with you.

I too am having exact same issue, but keep getting fobbed off
