No Reward Email Received

I switched to plusnet broadband at the end of January and am due a £70 reward card as part of the deal. It has been well over 30 days now. I tried phoning but gave up after 45 minutes of hold music. Can anyone help?

I have replied to your email saying that it was not part of the deal. Your advertising is very misleading. It was shown as part of the offer on both your website and uswitch so how would I have known that I was excluded?! Seems I’m not the only one either

Can I just add that Ihave checked on USwitch and the deal I have chosen still says there is a £70 reward card and when clicked through the plusnet site it is confirmed again. I can provide screenshots. I can’t see anything in the terms and conditions why I would not have received this. Please advise. Thank you.
